Cream Puffs

Here’s a delightful recipe for Cream Puffs! These light and airy pastries are filled with a rich cream filling and are perfect for desserts or special occasions.

Ingredients:

For the Choux Pastry:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs

For the Cream Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Choux Pastry

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    • In a medium saucepan, combine the water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the butter is melted.

  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cream puffs are golden brown and puffed up. Do not open the oven door during baking, as this can cause them to deflate.
    • Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
