chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100g of flour
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 C. at. heaped soup of Van Houten type cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g chocolate chips (the more the better)

EAT VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat your oven to Th.6 (180°C).
  2. Melt the butter and chocosdlate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  3. Mix the flour, cocoa, pinch of salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, mix the eggs, the vanilla sugar and the sugar until you get a frothy mixture, then add the chocolate and the melted butter, continue mixing while adding the flour, cocoa and yeast mixture. Add the milk, the batter should have a smooth consistency. If not, add a few spoonfuls of milk.
  5. Add the chocolate chips last.
  6. Pour the cake batter into a budfttered and floured mold or into two small cardboard cake molds, sprinkle with a few chocolate chips.
  7. Bake in your oven for 25 to 35 minutes while monitoring the cooking (if your mold is large, count more than 50 minutes of cooking).
