PREPARATION:

Preheat the stove to 375 degrees. Season the steak with half of the salt and pepper and all the canola oil. Heat a cast iron skillet on high intensity and cook the steak for 2 minutes without mixing or flipping. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix. Eliminate from the dish and include the spread, green ringer peppers, onions, mushrooms and the remainder of the salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until marginally sautéed. Spread mayonnaise over the two parts of the bread. Cover with half of the provolone cheddar, then add the steak and vegetables alongside the remainder of the cheddar on top. Cook for 15 minutes on the center rack until carmelized.
