Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions

INGREDIENTS:

°6 potatoes

°6 carrots, peeled and chopped

°3 onions, chopped °6 crush garlic cloves

°¼ teaspoon dried sage

°¼ tsp dried basil

°¼ c extra virgin olive oil

°2 tsp balsamic vinegar

°2 tsp light brown sugar

°sea ​​salt & ground black pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Preheat the stove to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, sage and basil in huge bowl; add oil and balsamic vinegar and throw to cover. Transfering to baking sheet.
Broil in preheated stove, mix a couple of times about even cook, to delicate, for 30 minutes. Eliminate from broiler and sprinkle with earthy colored sugar. Keep simmering for 10 minutes. Season with ocean salt and pepper not long prior to serving.
