Italian Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS:

° 2 cups all-purpose flour

° 1 tablespoon baking soda

° ½ cup of butter

° ½ cup lard

° 2 cups white sugar

° 5 eggs, separated

° 1 cup buttermilk

° 1 cup chopped pecans

° 1 can (3. 5 oz) flaked coconut

° 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

° 1 pack (8 ounces) cream cheese

° ¼ c butter

° 3½ cups icing sugar, or more to taste

° ½ cup chopped pecans, or to taste
