  • 1/2 cup (75g) diced ham or cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sautéed vegetables (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms)
  • 1/4 cup (40g) sun-dried tomatoes or olives
  • 1/4 cup (40g) caramelized onions
  • Optional: herbs like parsley, thyme, or rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan or cake tin and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the batter:
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and oil. Mix well.
  • Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Fold in the grated cheese and your chosen fillings (ham, vegetables, etc.).
