Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. Irish Cream Liqueur (I use Baileys because that is what we keep on hand)
2 large eggs, at room temperature
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
