Liver and onions

Ingredients:

°4 slices of veal liver

°2 onions

°30g butter

°parsley

°1 C. olive oil

°salt pepper

PREPARATION:

1 Strip and cut the onions into strips.

2 In a skillet, heat the oil and soften the spread.

3 Add the onions and sauté until clear.

4 In the mean time, cut the cuts of veal liver into pieces.

5 Eliminate the onions from the skillet, keep them on a plate, then, at that point, add the bits of veal liver cuts and cook for 3 minutes on each side.

6 Add salt and pepper.

7 Return the onions to the skillet, add the parsley and blend well. 8 Serve hot.
