Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

°2 pounds ground beef

°2 minced garlic cloves

°½ tsp onion powder

°1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces

°8 eggs

°1 cup heavy whipped cream

°½ teaspoon of salt

°¼ teaspoon black pepper

°1 package (12 ounces) grated cheddar

cheese, divided.

PREPARATION:

Stage 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Heat skillet on medium intensity. Cook and throw meat with garlic and onion powder until sautéed and fragile, 5 to 7 minutes. Channel and dispose of the fat.
Stage 3
Spread the meat in the lower part of a 9 x 13 inch goulash dish. Blend the bacon pieces.
Stage 4
Whisk eggs, weighty cream, salt and pepper in medium bowl until joined. Blend 8 oz of cheddar.
Stage 5
Pour egg combination over burger and bacon. Decorate with the excess 4 ounces of cheddar.
Stage 6
Barbecue on preheated barbecue until top is glossy brown, 30-35 min.
