1lb ground sirloin
2 cups uncooked shells
4 oz tomato sauce
1/4 small onion chopped
1/4 bell pepper sliced
4-5 cups water
1 beef bullion cube
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

PREPARATION:
