Mulligan Stew Soup

Ingredients:

• ⅓ cup all purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 1 lb beef stew meat
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 2 cups low sodium beef broth
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• ¼ teaspoon dried basil
• ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
• 2 medium gold potatoes cubed
• 1 bag (19 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas and green beans)
