PREPARATION:

Cut the margarine into little balls and put on a waxed paper lined treat sheet. Placing in cooler for somewhere around 10 mn. Setting up a cast iron skillet with measure of bacon oil. The most straightforward: broil a piece of bacon, clear out the dish and you’re all set! Preheat broiler 500 degrees. Blend the elements for the sauce (powdered sugar, milk, vanilla) and ensure the powdered sugar is totally disintegrated. Blend every one of the dry fixings (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) together then cut into the chilly unsalted spread. Cut in until the margarine is the size of a pea, somewhat very much mixed. Add buttermilk. Adding until you have exactly where the batter isolates from sides of the bowl. Mix until recently consolidated and spread out on a very much floured surface. Before manipulate, getting ready surface for work. (I utilize a huge cutting board for simple cleanup!) Dust the region with flour. Put the batter on the floured region and sprinkle a little flour on the mixture. Push down on mixture (don’t bother moving with a pin) and level to around 1/2″ thick. Put the blueberries on the mixture. Manipulate a few times and straighten to around 1″ thick. (Truly, the thicker the better, since they rise so well!) The berries will most likely begin to drain onto the player and you’ll begin to see bits of blue as the berries defrost. Place the treats in a cast iron skillet and ensure the treats are contacting. Baking at 500 degrees for around 10-12 minutes. Around 6 to 8 minutes, eliminate the dish from the stove and brush the treats with softened salted margarine. It is an indispensable piece of the cooking system. What’s more, be liberal with this, brush the sides of the treats assuming they are noticeable. At the point when you begin to see the tops somewhat searing (and the blueberries popping), take them out. The temperature in center of the treats will remain extremely hot when eliminated from the stove and will keep on baking.

Enjoy !
