PREPARATION:

Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:

    • In a bowl, season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
    • Shape the beef into small patties that are about the size of a biscuit (roughly 2 inches in diameter). You should have about 8-10 small patties.
    • Cook the beef patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
  1. Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle (about 4 inches in diameter) using your hands or a rolling pin.
  1. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
    • Place a cooked beef patty in the center of each biscuit dough circle.
    • Add a generous spoonful of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the patty.
    • Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the patty and cheese, pinching them together to seal the edges and form a ball. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed.
  2. Garlic Parmesan Coating:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.
    • Brush the tops of each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
  3. Bake the Cheeseburger Bombs:
    • Place the stuffed biscuit bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once the cheeseburger bombs are out of the oven, brush them with any remaining garlic Parmesan butter.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
    • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces (such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch).

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with a side of fries, a simple salad, or pickles for a complete meal.
  • These are perfect for game days, parties, or as an easy weeknight dinner.
