°500g flour

°200ml milk

°2 eggs

°25 g of baker’s yeast

°2 tbsp. tsp powder sugar

°1 pinch salt

°jam your choice (strawberry, apricot, raspberry…)

°fry oil (sunflower)

°icing sugar
