4½ cups all-purpose flour, divided
¼ cup shortening, melted

For the filling:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

For the glaze:
1 cup 10X sugar
1 tablespoon milk
