Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs


1 dozen Eggs

2 dozen Fresh Shrimp-medium sized

1 tsp Cooking Oil

1/2 small Lemon

2-3 tb Mayonnaise

1/2-1 tb Hot Sauce-depending on spice level

1 tb Sweet Relish

1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning + 2 tsp (for Cajun shrimp)

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tb Fresh Chopped Dill-+ 2tsp (garnish)

Salt + Pepper To Taste

Wonderful Boiled Eggs

Tenderly spot eggs in a shallow pot.

Load up with water covering eggs and when eggs start to bubble, switch off intensity and cover for 15-20 minutes.

Cajun Egg Filling

Strip eggs, cut down the middle and in a medium estimated bowl, add egg yolks. Put split egg whites on paper towels to dry.

In the bowl with egg yolks, add recorded fixings starting with mayo.Taste after every fixing is added, conform as you would prefer and flavor level.

Blend until rich, cover and put away.

Cajun Shrimp

In medium measured container on medium/high intensity, add olive oil. Wipe shrimp off with a paper towel.Add Ole Bay, mix until very much covered.

Sauté shrimp until done (if crude) or until somewhat charred.Half-way through cooking, add around 1 tsp of lemon juice to shrimp.

Plating Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Scoop egg combination uniformly into egg white cups and top with one Cajun shrimp.

Embellish with paprika and dill.
