In the first place, we will lube the shape that we will use with margarine and afterward we will sprinkle flour on top.⠀ ⠀
In a bowl we will combine the flour as one with the yeast, sifted.⠀ ⠀
In the blender, we will beat the margarine (at room temperature) along with the sugar, until the combination is whitish and smooth.
Slowly add 3 egg yolks and 1 entire egg to the sugar blend and beat. Save the excess egg whites.⠀ Add the filtered flour and milk to this blend and beat .⠀ ⠀
In a different bowl, beat the 3 egg whites along with a spot of salt, whip to solid pinnacles. Integrate the egg whites into the past batter, mix well.⠀ ⠀
Divide the batter in two and separate into two containers.⠀ ⠀
To one of the parts, add the cocoa powder, blend well.
Add to the shape, lubed toward the start, a layer of normal mixture, one more of batter with cocoa, one of regular, one of cocoa… until the batter is done, with this strategy we will get the renowned wipe cake.
